What is guayusa? (gwhy-you sa)
Guayusa is the super-leaf from the Amazonian rainforest. The leaves are naturally caffeinated, and are also loaded with polyphenols and all 15 essential amino acids. The leaves are hand harvested by indigenous farmers in Ecuador who are paid a fair wage.

How do I brew guayusa?
Bring fresh, cold water ( 250ml /8 oz) to a boil. Pour boiling water over bag and steep for 5 min or longer depending on desired strength. Guayusa is delicious hot or iced.
